Adobe Acrobat Reader

About

Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free app for viewing PDFs on Mac, opening documents with their fonts, layouts, and embedded content preserved. It lets you fill out PDF forms by typing directly onto the page or into fillable fields, and add your signature by drawing, typing, or uploading an image, then save the signed or completed file without a printer. You can also share PDFs with anyone using the Share feature, with no login required for reviewers to view or comment.

For review and collaboration, Reader offers sticky notes, text, highlights, underlines, strikethroughs, and freehand drawing, so feedback can be added directly on the page. Reader is free to download and use without a subscription. Its editing is limited to annotations and forms: text and image editing require Adobe Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Pro.
