About
AirStats is a small Mac app that brings the metrics big system monitors show into the places you already look. It offers sixteen menu bar metrics, and you can show just the two you watch or all sixteen. Clicking a metric opens a panel with per core load, memory pressure and top processes, and you can pin modules to the desktop as a widget. It also supports threshold alerts that notify you when a metric crosses a level you set, keyboard shortcuts to open the panel or widget, and custom colours for each metric.
AirStats is free, with no account, trial or paid tier. It runs as a single process with no helper or launch agent, and it sends nothing off the machine unless you turn on the public IP lookup, which is off by default. The source code is open under the MIT license. It is built for Apple silicon only and requires macOS 14 or later, so Intel Macs are not yet supported.
