Alfred is an award-winning app for macOS that boosts efficiency with hotkeys, keywords, text expansion, and more. It lets you search your Mac and the web, and use custom actions to control your Mac. Its core is free to download and use, while the Powerpack unlocks extra features such as workflows and themes.

Alfred learns how you use your Mac and prioritises search results. Hotkeys and keywords let you launch apps, find files, and browse with the keyboard, and the Clipboard History feature lets you find and paste previously copied text, images, or files. Snippets let you save frequently used text and expand a short abbreviation into the full text anywhere.

With the Powerpack, you can build or import workflows that link hotkeys, keywords, and actions together without writing code. Alfred also integrates with macOS to control your music player and run system commands, and the Alfred Remote app for iOS lets you use an iPhone or iPad to control Alfred on your Mac.
