Anytype

About

Anytype is a digital workspace built around privacy and ownership. Your vault is encrypted on your device with keys only you hold, so nobody else can see its contents. Accounts can be created offline, data syncs peer-to-peer across local networks without a server acting as gatekeeper, and you can store your data locally or self-host backups wherever you choose.

The app is designed to work without an internet connection. Because your vault lives on your device, it stays responsive with no server-induced lag, and it syncs directly between your devices when they share a local network. It is also available natively on iOS and Android with touch-friendly navigation.

For creating and organising content, Anytype offers a block-based editor along with databases, templates, and widgets. Information can be connected and viewed through graph and database views, including table, Kanban, and gallery layouts, to help you collaborate and manage your work and personal projects.
