About
AppZapper 3000 is a Mac uninstaller for removing unwanted apps. Drag any app into the program and it instantly finds all of that app's extra files, such as caches, preferences, and support files. You then delete them using a 3D zapper interface where laser bolts blast away the apps and the junk they installed.
The app offers a classic livery as well as several new blaster themes for customizing its look. You can remove files one at a time with a single click, or use Zap All to remove everything automatically. The site describes the controls as having manageable recoil and instant mouse aiming.
AppZapper was first released in 2006, and AppZapper 3000 is presented as its successor, rebuilt with improved fluidity, agility, and smoothness. The current version is 1.0.1, requires macOS 15.6 or later, and costs from $18. A free trial allows three zaps.
