Argo Books is simple accounting software for small businesses. It lets you track income and expenses, send invoices, and scan receipts, with automated imports and tax-ready reports to help keep your records organized throughout the year. The app is free to start and is designed so that no accounting knowledge is needed. It is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux, and you can begin without creating an account.

Beyond core bookkeeping, Argo Books includes tools for receipt scanning, invoicing, expense and revenue tracking, customer management, predictive analytics for cash flow, inventory management, and rental management, all within the same app where your books are kept. You can import existing spreadsheets or bank statements in CSV, Excel, or PDF format, and the app organizes them into categorized transactions.
