Axure RP is a UX tool that lets professionals build realistic, functional prototypes. It supports unlimited combinations of event triggers, conditions, and actions, with mouse, touch, and keyboard events, conditional logic, and variables. Widgets such as working text fields, droplists, radio buttons, multi-state dynamic panels, and repeater-driven tables and grids let designers create forms, popups, swipeable mobile screens, and sortable, filterable data interfaces. Designs can also adapt across desktop, tablet, and phone views on a single page.
Beyond prototyping, Axure RP includes built-in flow diagram shapes and connectors, notes and specifications for stakeholders and developers, and the ability to publish prototypes to Axure Cloud for sharing and feedback. Integrations with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Slack, along with developer inspect features for redlines, design assets, and CSS, are meant to streamline collaboration and handoff. Frames and layers can also be brought in from Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
