About
azooKey-Desktop is an open-source Japanese input method for macOS, written in Swift. It uses the Zenzai neural kana-kanji converter for high-accuracy conversion and supports live conversion as you type.
The app offers optional LLM-based "Magic Conversions" (いい感じ変換), along with profile prompt, history learning, user dictionary, and integration with the Tuner personalization system. It also provides native support for AZIK input.
azooKey is currently in alpha, and its operation is not guaranteed. It has been tested on macOS 15, and can be installed from a release .pkg or via Homebrew.
