About
Backblaze's Computer Backup is presented on the site as an unlimited, easy data protection solution for Macs and PCs. The website describes it as secure and reliable, and says it can scale from a single computer to one thousand, whether used for a business or for personal files and memories.
The site positions Backblaze's computer backup alongside its broader cloud platform, which it describes as high-performance, S3-compatible object storage and secure backup for businesses and individuals. It also highlights predictable pricing with no hidden fees or egress penalties, and says account security protects the backups themselves.
The website mentions real human support as part of the offering, but does not provide further detail on the Mac app's specific features, interface, or setup process.
