It lets you compare folders and files, including text files, images, and tables, using simple, powerful commands that focus on the differences you care about and ignore the rest. Folder filters limit what you see to only the content you're interested in, and FTP sites, cloud storage, and zip files are integrated seamlessly.

Beyond Compare also provides a merge view that combines changes from two versions of a file or folder into a single output. Its approach lets you quickly accept most changes while carefully examining conflicts, and it integrates with most version control systems so you can check files in and out without interrupting your work. Synchronization features let you reconcile differences in local data, FTP sites, and cloud storage automatically, such as updating a laptop or backing up a computer, with filters to exclude anything you don't want affected.
