You can create quick estimates for customers or new leads by choosing a template and quoting by time, fixed amount, quantity, expense, or per project. Time tracking lets you capture billable time on your Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, switch between projects, set your own billing increments, and review time by project, client, or team member.

For invoicing, Billings Pro lets you pick a template, add time and expense slips, and send invoices from your Mac, iPhone, or iPad. The app also supports account management, so you can track invoices and payments in one place, see who is overdue or paid, view account and retainer balances, and run summary reports. Billings Pro syncs across devices and works without an internet connection, and it supports multiple users who only see the financial data they have permission to access.
