About
Brave Origin is a minimalist version of the Brave browser that lets you manage or fully remove features found in the free version of Brave. It keeps Brave's industry-leading ad blocking and privacy protections (via Shields) and focuses on speed, with the same fixes, Chromium patches, and security and privacy improvements that Brave sends to its other releases.
You can use Brave Origin as a standalone app with no extra features, or upgrade the existing Brave app on your device and toggle features on or off as you wish. It is available for Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and Linux (version 1.91 and above), and is sold as a one-time purchase of $59.99 US that can be activated across all your devices. Linux users receive it for free, and the regular, non-Origin Brave browser remains free on all platforms.
