About
Brewy is a native macOS app for managing Homebrew packages, casks, taps, services, and maintenance tasks without dropping into Terminal. It is aimed at people who already use Homebrew and want a fast, inspectable Mac interface for reviewing installed packages, upgrading safely, cleaning up dependencies, and understanding why a package is on the machine. Users can browse installed formulae, casks, Mac App Store apps, pinned packages, leaves, and outdated packages, search and install from Homebrew formulae and casks, inspect dependencies and reverse dependencies, and manage services and taps. Destructive maintenance tasks such as orphan removal and cache clearing show dry-run previews first. Brewy requires macOS 15.0 or later on Apple Silicon and an existing Homebrew installation. It can be installed with `brew install --cask brewy`, and it is licensed under AGPL-3.0.
