BuhoLaunchpad

About

BuhoLaunchpad recreates the classic Launchpad feel on macOS 26 and 27, with smooth animations, fluid page swipes, and drag-and-drop rearranging. You can group apps into custom folders, rename folder titles with a click, and summon the grid with a four- or five-finger pinch, two-finger page swipes, or hot corners. Grid rows, columns, and icon size can be adjusted, and the app offers custom background images with blur, adaptive text color, and options to hide the Settings button or Dock.

The app also includes layout backup, restore, and migration from a legacy Launchpad arrangement, plus the ability to hide apps (archived under Settings > Hidden Apps) and support for macOS 27 icon styles. Extras include external app paths (including Homebrew), smart search by name or first letter, display selection, a compact-pages toggle, a reset-layout option, and support for nine languages.
