BusyCal

About

BusyCal is a calendar app for macOS and iOS that lets you control how your calendar looks and works. You can choose Day, Week, Month, Year Planner, or List views, and adjust appearance settings such as font sizes, colors, and density. Calendar Sets let you switch between groups of calendars with one click, and Smart Filters let you build custom searches and save your view settings.

BusyCal also covers planning and scheduling. Tasks appear on their due dates, can be sorted in a sidebar, and sync with the Reminders app. Travel time can be calculated automatically using Location Services or set manually, and time zones can be given friendly names and copied for sharing. Events and tasks can be created with natural language input in several languages, and a menu-bar calendar gives quick access to your schedule when the main app is closed. Bookings (in beta) lets others book time with you from a shared page, with bookings added to your calendar.
