CashNotify

About

CashNotify is a menu bar app for Mac and Windows that lets you monitor your Stripe and PayPal accounts without opening a browser. The icon's color shows when something new has happened, and the app checks your accounts every minute, when you open it, or when you click refresh. You can optionally receive notifications and choose which events appear in the app. A dashboard shows your net revenue, or the number of payments for a period, with fees, refunds, and disputes deducted, and clicking an event reveals its details, including customer info and fees.

For users with multiple accounts, CashNotify can connect several Stripe and PayPal accounts and show combined revenue, or view any individual account. The dashboard can display figures in one of 24 currencies, and currency conversion details are shown when Stripe or PayPal converts a payment. Setup requires only your API keys, which are saved encrypted in your local Keychain. The app runs entirely on your computer and fetches data directly from Stripe and PayPal, with no CashNotify server or database storing your transactions.
