Chatty

About

Chatty is a chat application made specifically for Twitch, in the spirit of a classic IRC client. It supports joining several channels at once in tabs, split views, or separate windows, along with channel favorites, chat logging to file, tab-completion, input history, customizable message highlighting and ignoring, and several look-and-feel options including Dark Mode. Streamers and viewers can also get notified when followed channels go live, open streams in the browser, or run Livestreamer or Streamlink from within Chatty.

For moderators and streamers, Chatty offers user dialogs showing recent messages and account info, AutoMod support for approving or denying filtered messages, custom commands and context menus, and stream management tools such as setting titles, games, and tags, writing stream uptime to a file, and creating stream markers via hotkey or mod command. Emote and badge support includes FrankerFaceZ and BetterTTV emotes, a unified bot badge, and an emote dialog with favorites and tab-completion. Chatty is available in several languages and runs on Windows, as well as other operating systems that have Java 8 or later installed.
