About
Coherence X6 turns any website into a standalone Mac app that lives in your Dock and works the way you expect on macOS. Each app can have its own accounts, extensions, appearance, and link rules, without the tabs and clutter of a regular browser. To build one, you enter a URL, pick an icon, and give the app a name, then choose a supported Chromium-based browser such as Chrome, Brave, Edge, or Vivaldi. Apps can be Standard (a single distraction-free window), Tabbed (multiple pages with full tab support), or Incognito (launching in private browsing mode by default).
Each app can be customized with its own defaults, window behavior, and profiles. Link Routing lets you choose whether links open inside the app, in another Coherence app, in a specific browser, or in your default browser. Extensions, profiles, and settings can be imported from your browser, and the App Library lets you filter, edit, relaunch, or change the mode and browser of existing apps. Icon customization includes suggested icons, uploaded images, or a built-in editor for Big Sur-style icons. Coherence X6 supports macOS 13.5 and later on both Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
