About
Cutter is a free, open-source reverse engineering platform built on Rizin as its core engine, giving users access to thousands of features through its GUI or integrated terminal. It is designed for reverse engineers, with a range of interactive widgets, a graph view with mini-graph navigation, linear disassembly, a hex editor, binary patching, and emulation, along with a beta native and remote debugger for dynamic analysis.
Cutter integrates Ghidra's native decompiler, with no Java involved, and supports extensibility through a Python scripting engine and both native and Python plugins. Users can customize the interface with a theme editor and choose from Light, Native, Dark, and Midnight themes. The application is built with Qt C++ and is licensed under GPLv3.
Cutter is cross-platform and available for Linux, Windows, and macOS. Its feature set also includes a Rizin console, binary searching, types and structs, syntax highlighting, and remote and kernel debugging.
