DataGrip is a JetBrains IDE for relational and NoSQL databases that lets you and your AI agents manage multiple databases within a single intuitive UI. It supports over 50 local and cloud-based databases, and can connect directly to your AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure accounts to automatically discover available instances. Its SQL support includes schema-aware code completion, error detection, and quick-fixes across multiple SQL dialects, along with customizable formatting and code style rules.

You can filter, sort, and modify query results in interactive tables, analyze data with built-in no-code visualizations, and navigate between related tables. Data can be exported and imported in multiple standard formats. DataGrip also tracks every query run by you or your agents, offers local history to revert changes and recover deleted files, and works with Git to version and share SQL scripts.

AI features let agents use schema context, with permissions and confirmation dialogs to keep operations safe. You can connect agents using your own API key, an existing subscription, or JetBrains AI. DataGrip is free for non-commercial use, and its database tools are also integrated into other JetBrains IDEs.
