About
DBngin is a free, native Mac app for managing database servers. It lets you start a database server with a single click, without requiring any dependencies. Because DBngin runs database servers natively, it does not need Docker or a virtual machine.
DBngin supports multiple database versions and ports at the same time, so you can quickly set up and manage several database servers side by side. It supports PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Redis and more, runs on Apple Silicon and Intel chips, and requires macOS 10.13 or later.
DBngin is developed and maintained by TablePlus and is 100% free to use. It is also available for Windows.
