About
DEVONagent Pro is a search assistant for the Mac that searches multiple sources at once, connecting to as many search engines as you want, collecting the data, and removing the junk that slips through. It can scan your favorite websites and notify you when something matches your query, and its scheduled searches can run while you're away, so results are ready when you start your day. It supports advanced Boolean, proximity, and wildcard operators, and its topics map and summaries help you explore results.
The app includes a built-in web browser for research that lets you extract images, news feeds, links, email addresses, and linked documents with a single click. Results can be kept in the integrated archive, sent to DEVONthink, or saved as files. Searches can be saved to continue later or shared with coworkers, and results can be exported in formats ranging from bookmarks to RTF digests and PDF reports. The app is also automatable through AppleScript.
DEVONagent Pro is priced at $49.95, with licenses covering two seats and one year of updates. It requires macOS Ventura or later, and it is currently at version 3.12.
