DhikrBuddy is a Mac app that keeps remembrance close while you work. You can pin a dhikr or a source-linked name so it stays in sight, choose a phrase, set a personal target, and use a personal tasbih counter. It also offers prayer times based on your location (location permission is optional) and small reminders you choose. You can open your names, prayer times, and favourite tools from a sidebar, the notch, or both.
Beyond remembrance, DhikrBuddy includes a set of small everyday tools, with 20 available in total. Shelf keeps images, PDFs, and files close, and you can drag them into your next task or send them with AirDrop, with your originals staying where they are. A Pomodoro, countdown, or stopwatch timer can be pinned above your work. An optional searchable clipboard history is stored locally when enabled. You can also layer gentle background sounds, adjust the mix, and set a fade-out timer.
DhikrBuddy runs on macOS 14 or later, on both Apple silicon and Intel Macs. It is a one-time purchase of $5 that covers three active Macs and future updates, without a subscription. Every tool is optional, and the site states that notes and file processing stay on your Mac, with no public streaks or spiritual scores.
