About

Discord is a group chat app for playing games and hanging out with friends, or building a community of any size. You can customize your space to talk, play, and chat, and add your personality with custom emoji, stickers, soundboard effects, an avatar, a custom status, and a profile.

Discord offers high-quality, low-latency streaming so you can feel like you're together while gaming, watching shows, or looking at photos. You can hop in and out of voice or text chats without calling or inviting anyone, and see which friends are online, playing, or hanging out. For supported games, you can also see friends' modes or characters and join them directly. Groups can also watch videos, play built-in games, listen to music, and text, call, video chat, and play together in one place.

Discord works across PC, phone, and console, so you can switch between devices and manage multiple group chats with friends.
