About
Disk Space Analyzer is a storage analyzer for Mac that helps you see what is taking up space on your hard drive. It visualizes disk usage as a sunburst diagram and folder treemap, shows file directories, and lists the largest and oldest unused files so you can identify the bulkiest items. The app can also check free space on cloud storage and external drives, and it detects hidden files such as app logs and caches. It scans quickly, reportedly in less than a minute, and supports HDD volumes, CD and DVD disks, USB drives, mounted DMG images, and FileVault-protected folders.
Once you've found space-consuming content, you can copy, move, or remove unneeded files and folders directly from the app. The app also displays and lets you clear purgeable space created when Mac's storage optimization is turned on. The app is Apple-notarized and is regularly updated for the latest macOS. It is available from the App Store or as a free trial download, with paid pricing listed from $4.95 per month.
