About
DisplayBuddy lets you control your external monitors from your Mac instead of fumbling with the tiny buttons on the back of each display. It talks directly to most monitors over DDC for real hardware brightness, contrast, and speaker volume control, and falls back to gamma control when a display refuses DDC. Smart monitors from LG webOS and Samsung Tizen can be reached over Wi-Fi.
The app offers a Sync mode that locks your displays together so one slider adjusts all of them, plus presets for setups like Work, Movie night, and Gaming that switch with one click. Presets can also be scheduled to follow sunrise, sunset, a time of day, your charger, or a connected display, and you can switch input sources from the menu bar.
DisplayBuddy is a one-time purchase of $24.99 that works on every Mac you own, with free lifetime updates and a full refund within 7 days on full-price purchases. It is also available on SetApp.
