Droppy

About

Droppy is a Mac app that brings a Dynamic Island-style interface to your screen, whether or not your Mac has a notch. It combines a set of utilities, including a file tray for dropping, zipping, and converting files, a clipboard history, and a calendar view, into one app. Live Activities such as music, meetings, AirPods, downloads, and timers appear around the notch, and the app can also show your coding agents, screen recording controls, and weather.

Music and media features include a Now Playing view with motion art, lyrics that follow along line by line, and Apple TV controls. Productivity tools include a Pomodoro timer, system stats such as CPU and memory graphs, and a Notes feature. On Macs without a notch, the island expands into a full player, and a new Floating Player offers a movable view. Droppy also syncs with an iPhone app for clipboard, files, and notes.

Droppy costs $9.99 as a one-time purchase with no subscription, includes all current and future extensions, and works on two Macs with one license. A three-day free trial and a 14-day refund are offered.
