About
Eddie is a Mac app that lives in the notch and watches your AI coding agents. When Claude Code or Codex needs permission or has finished a task, Eddie lights up and drops down so you don't have to keep checking terminal tabs. You can allow a command with one click right from the notch.
The same hover-to-open island also holds your last five clipboard items, a notepad, a pomodoro focus timer with guided stretch breaks, Now Playing controls, and today's sales from Stripe, Dodo or Polar. Eddie can show what each Claude Code session cost, along with its running processes and any dev servers agents left running. The open island comes in nine themes.
Eddie is a one-time purchase of $4.67 with no subscription or account, a 14-day refund, and one license key that also works on Windows, where Eddie appears as an island at the edge of the desktop. It connects to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI through each agent's own hooks, which Eddie adds after you approve them and backs up first.
