Electron Cash is a Bitcoin Cash SPV wallet that lets you control your own private keys. You can back up your wallet with a mnemonic seed phrase, and you can use it without downloading the blockchain or running a full node. Your private keys are encrypted and never leave your computer, and you can export them to use in other Bitcoin Cash clients.
The wallet uses a distributed network of servers that index the Bitcoin Cash blockchain, which the site says makes it fast and keeps it from going down. SPV is used to verify your own transactions by confirming they appear in the blockchain. Other listed features include cold storage with watching-only wallets, multisig to split spending permission across several wallets, privacy options through CashFusion coinjoins and stealth (RPA) addresses, and built-in support for CashTokens. The current version listed is 4.4.6.
