Fantastical for Mac unifies all of your calendars, work and personal, into a single, beautifully organized view. It connects to Google, Microsoft 365, Exchange, iCloud, Todoist, CalDAV, and more, so you can see everything in one place and avoid double-bookings and missed updates. Its views range from a quick DayTicker and Calendar overview to full-screen day, week, month, quarter, and year views.

Adding events is fast. You can type natural language such as "Lunch with Sarah at 1pm tomorrow," or forward an event-related email to Fantastical and its built-in AI will extract the details and create the event. You can also attach files and photos to iCloud, Google, or Exchange events, and those attachments are accessible across all devices that sync with your calendar accounts. Event and task templates let you quickly add frequently used items.

Fantastical also includes task management. You can add tasks alongside calendar events, get notified when they're due, and have overdue tasks carry over to future dates. For scheduling, you can invite people to events and manage yes, no, or maybe responses. The app supports light and dark styles, and it syncs across your devices.
