About
Fellow is a secure AI meeting assistant designed for teams that need strong privacy, security, and data governance, including organizations in regulated industries. Admins can set organization-wide policies for who can record meetings, how recordings are accessed and retained (including zero-day retention), and how sensitive conversations are handled. Users can choose when to record, pause, or resume capture so part of a conversation can stay off the record. Access can be managed with SSO, SCIM, role-based permissions, and audit logs.
Fellow records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and in-person conversations, producing transcripts, audio, and video in one place along with AI summaries and automatically identified action items. The product states that it does not use customer meeting data to train AI models, nor do its AI providers. Meeting intelligence can also be connected to AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude via MCP, and synced to CRMs and other business systems.
The website also highlights a version for regulated financial institutions, citing SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA readiness, consent capture, MNPI redaction, password-protected recaps, configurable retention, and an exportable audit trail through a Compliance Portal and Super Admin API.
