About
FileFillet is a macOS utility for organizing files quickly. It keeps your favorite folders one shortcut away, so you can copy or move files and folders, including into their subdirectories, without opening new Finder windows. Access to subdirectories is included, so you can use just the parent folder instead of cluttering your favorites.
You can choose your layout by changing the window size and placing your favorites where you want them. The panel appears at the cursor when you hold Control (⌃) while dragging, or slides in when you hover the screen edge, and stays out of the way otherwise. It works alongside Finder rather than replacing it.
FileFillet costs €8.99 as a one-time purchase (plus VAT where applicable), with no subscription, and updates within version 2.x are free. It includes a 7-day free trial, a license covers up to 2 Macs, and it requires macOS 14.6 or later on Apple Silicon or Intel Macs.
