About
FluidVoice turns rough, rambling speech into polished, ready-to-send text on your Mac. Hold one hotkey and talk normally, including ums, stumbles, and mid-sentence changes of mind. Fluid Speech Mini transcribes your audio on your device, then Fluid-1 removes filler, fixes casing, formats structure, and matches the tone of the app you're in.
FluidVoice works locally by default, so your audio and dictated text stay on your device, and it works offline. You can choose from Fluid-1, Fluid-1 Mini, or Fluid-1 Pico, or optionally use cloud providers such as OpenAI or Groq. The hotkey works in any text field, and it supports 40+ languages.
FluidVoice is free forever and open source under GPLv3, with over 350,000 downloads. It requires macOS 15.0 or later and runs on Apple Silicon or Intel. Install it with brew install --cask fluidvoice. Windows and iPhone versions are in beta.
