Focus is a deep work timer built on the Pomodoro Technique, with flexible session and break lengths you can tune to each task. When a session ends, it alerts you clearly, and an optional black-and-white look keeps the screen minimal. Tasks and projects live in the same app as the timer, and time is tracked automatically as you work.
Focus also shows your progress through daily and weekly activity, a daily goal, and charts, a session timeline, and a calendar view. Your tasks, timer, and stats sync through your own iCloud across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple Vision Pro, with widgets, Live Activities, Control Center controls, and Siri & Shortcuts integration. The app is localized into 22 languages and supports accessibility features such as VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and Voice Control.
