About
Fork is a Git client for Mac OS X 10.11+. It covers everyday version control tasks, including fetch, pull, and push; commit and amend; creating and deleting branches and tags; checkout; cherry-pick and revert; merge and rebase; stashes; and submodules. You can create, clone, or add existing repositories, reopen recent ones quickly, and stage or unstage changes line by line.
Fork also includes visual tools for more involved work. Interactive rebase lets you edit, reorder, and squash commits. A merge-conflict helper and built-in resolver help you resolve conflicts, and the diff viewer makes source code changes easier to spot. Diffs are available for common image formats. History view shows every commit that changed a particular file or directory, blame view finds the last commit that changed a given line, and reflog can restore lost commits.
Fork also gently notifies you about GitHub notifications without being annoying, and supports git-flow, Git LFS, and GPG. It costs $59.99, with a free evaluation available.
