About
Foxglove is an agentic data platform for robotics developers that covers the full robot data lifecycle. It lets teams collect data from robots, including recordings in the open source MCAP format captured with the SDK (C++, Python, and Rust) and ROS 1 bag and MCAP files uploaded automatically through Foxlet running on the robot. Recordings are indexed by device, time, and topic, so they can be queried later.
For triage and debugging, Foxglove lets users visualize recordings (MCAP, ROS Bag, ULog, and others) locally, from a cloud data platform, or from remote HTTP servers. Users can connect to robots to visualize live data or teleoperate, compare recordings across runs to spot differences, and debug data and configure layouts with built-in or MCP-based agents. Teams can also search across their whole fleet for relevant moments, share recordings and events with teammates, annotate logs with events and metadata, and export curated datasets.
