About
Frame0 is a wireframing app that lets you create hand-drawn style wireframes quickly, turning concepts into visual prototypes for modern applications. Its sketchy aesthetic keeps the focus on ideas rather than styling, signaling to stakeholders that the work is a prototype and inviting feedback. The app includes a library of UI components across desktop, mobile, smartwatch, and web interfaces, many with adjustable states, plus over 1,500 sketch-style icons adapted from the Lucide icon library. Mirrored frames let you reuse a master frame in multiple places so that updates propagate to all copies, which helps keep elements like headers and navigation bars consistent.
Frame0 also offers an experimental AI Agent, where you can generate wireframes by chatting and turn them into code, using your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or Grok. Alternatively, an MCP Server can be used with Claude Desktop, Cursor, and similar tools. Premium features include pre-designed templates for web, desktop, phone, tablet, smartwatch, and TV; linking shapes to other pages for user-flow demos with a presentation mode; exporting live prototypes as a single HTML or PDF file; and diagramming tools for flowcharts, UML (Use Case and Class), and Entity-Relationship diagrams. The website describes Frame0 as offline-first and designed to be intuitive, and it is available as a free download.
