Franz is a Mac app that brings messengers, email, and Signal into one desktop workspace. Its cross-channel view lets you see client chat, team chat, and your inbox together, and it supports 75+ services, including WhatsApp, Slack, Gmail, Signal, Discord, and Telegram. Each service runs in its own isolated container, with unified notifications and unread badges across all of them. You can also add any website as a custom service.

Franz includes a Magic Bar for finding messages, jumping to work, taking supported actions, or asking Franz for help. Franz Mail offers a priority inbox and sender intelligence for handling formal follow-ups, and Franz Assistant can catch you up on a client thread, identify blockers, and draft a reply. Signal runs natively in Franz, with transcription, summaries, and action items for private conversations.

Franz also brings Google, Microsoft, and Apple calendars into the same window as your messages and email, so you can see your day beside the conversations it relates to. Voice dictation runs on your Mac in every service you've added, and it is included with Franz Pro and requires macOS 26 or later on an Apple Silicon Mac.
