Freedom lets you focus on what truly matters, whether that's work, hobbies, or a moment of calm. You can block an unlimited number of distracting apps and websites, such as Instagram, TikTok, ESPN, or YouTube, or block the entire internet. Freedom is available on macOS, as well as Windows, iOS, Android, Chromebook, and Linux, and it syncs blocking sessions across your devices.

You can set Advance and Recurring schedules so Freedom starts automatically, and you choose the session length and frequency. Locked mode prevents you from quitting a Freedom session, which gives your willpower an extra boost. You can use preset blocklists or create unlimited custom blocklists to target your biggest distractions.

Freedom also includes ambient sounds and optimized music, inspired by places like a café, library, office, or nature, to help you stay focused and deep in your work.
