About
GeburtstagsChecker is a freeware Mac app that checks for upcoming birthdays and reminds you of them, so you don't forget them. It lets you import birthday information, and you can choose which details to see, such as the birthdate, age, or days until the birthday, and how they are displayed.
The app is designed to interfere as little as possible with your daily work. Its window can be dismissed with a single click. It can quit automatically after you've seen the information, or run permanently in the background and alert you when new birthdays approach.
Beyond birthdays, you can also use GeburtstagsChecker for other annual events, such as anniversaries and public holidays. It is available in English, German, Spanish, and Japanese. Version 1.9 supports Apple Silicon and requires macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later. An iOS version is also available on the App Store.
