About
Go64 quickly creates an inventory of all your Mac apps, showing each app's version, processor architecture, minimum supported system, 64-bit compliance, company info, and more. It shows which applications already run natively on your Apple Silicon Mac and which still need to be upgraded. Apps may be Intel-only, Apple Silicon-only, or Universal, which means they run natively on either processor. Go64 is free.
macOS 27 Golden Gate is the last version of macOS that will run Intel-based applications, and Apple is ending support for Rosetta in macOS 28. Before upgrading, you can use Go64 to make sure your apps are Universal or Apple Silicon-based. Go64 can also identify the 32-bit applications you need to upgrade before moving to macOS 10.15 Catalina or higher.
To use Go64, download the .zip file, extract it, and open the application. After the launch screens, Go64 scans your Mac and lists your applications. You can then check the Architecture or 64 bit columns to find Intel or 32-bit apps, and click a column header to sort the list. The current version, 1.5.1, runs on macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) through 27 (Golden Gate). Go64 1.4 is available for macOS 10.10 (Yosemite) or higher.
