About
GoPanda2 is a modern client for Pandanet that offers a clean, intuitive user interface. It lets you play, talk, and connect with thousands of players on Pandanet. For Mac, you download GoPanda2.dmg, open it, and drag GoPanda to your Applications folder, then run it from there. Mac 32-bit users can use an older version of GoPanda2. The site recommends uninstalling any older GoPanda2 version first.
The client includes several features for managing your games and contacts. You can tag players as friends to find them more quickly, and you can ignore disruptive players. The IGS game archive can be searched from within the client, and archived games can be loaded directly. It also offers rating graphs, news from the Pandanet website, a dedicated broadcasting mode, and a score estimator.
Version 2.6.0 reworked and modernized much of the app under the hood, and it works with macOS Catalina. Bugs, crashes, and unexpected behavior can be reported to gopanda2@pandanet-igs.com, along with a description of what you were doing and any error message the client generated.
