GrandTotal is invoicing software built since 2008 exclusively for Mac. GrandTotal also collects inbound invoices automatically from the Peppol inbox, a watched folder, or a mailbox, and it scans documents such as PDFs, scans, and photos right on your Mac. It can be extended with plug-ins and supports over 30 programs and services. For teams, collaborative editing in the cloud is available. Your financial data stays on your own computer, and you can protect it with modern encryption technologies. The app also produces electronic invoice formats for B2B and government use, with XRechnung support since 2017.

You can customize invoices and quotes with templates, fonts, and colors, or convert existing PDF invoices into layouts. With foreign currencies, flexible tax settings, and multilingual layouts that show amounts in the recipient's usual format, GrandTotal also handles invoices sent abroad.
