About
Grayjay is a multi-platform video app that combines content from sources such as YouTube, PeerTube, and Twitch into one app, so you don't need to switch between platforms. It provides a universal feed that shows videos from your subscriptions in a single, personalized view. You can enable plugins for the platforms you're interested in, and import your data, subscriptions, and playlists from supported sources or from a Grayjay auto-backup file.
Grayjay emphasizes privacy by storing your watch history locally on your device. The app also supports casting, so you can stream videos directly to a TV. Harbor, a service mentioned on the site, is described as a way to preserve your identity on the internet and link it across apps. The website lists Grayjay desktop builds for Windows (x64) and Linux (x64), and macOS builds for Apple Silicon (arm64) and Intel (x64), with a portable Windows build also available.
