About
GyazMail is an all-new email client for Mac OS X, developed from the ground up on the Cocoa framework to offer a full-featured package that is still easy to use. It supports multiple accounts, POP3, IMAP, and SMTP, along with SSL/TLS and IPv6.
GyazMail's main window can show 2 or 3 panes, and it includes message threading and HTML message display. Messages are stored as individual single files in RFC 822 format, and multiple character sets are supported, including UTF-8. You can fully customize display fonts and window colors. To help manage mail, you can search messages across multiple folders using multiple criteria, create rules and filters for incoming messages, and use junk (spam) mail filtering with SpamSieve support.
For composing and sending, GyazMail offers templates and an editable reply header, and it can send messages individually or in batches. It also provides mail address auto-completion, synchronization with Apple's Address Book, fully customizable keyboard shortcuts, and numerous Dock-related features. Other capabilities include message import and export, Regular Expressions support (Oniguruma), AppleScript support, and a remote message function. Note that since May 30, 2022, GyazMail can no longer access Google accounts, because secure OAuth access to them is not supported.
