About
Halloy is a free, open-source IRC client for macOS, Windows, and Linux, focused on being simple and fast. It is a native desktop app built with Rust and the iced GUI library, and it uses a single codebase to build for all three platforms. The source code is available on GitHub, where you can also report issues and request features.
Halloy is configured through a config.toml file. Options include servers, notifications, themes, fonts, panes, and keyboard shortcuts.
Halloy aims to be a leading IRC client with a rich IRCv3 feature set. Supported capabilities include chathistory, echo-message, message-redaction, multiline, reply, react, typing indicators, server-time, and sasl-3.1, among others.
