Helio

About

Helio is an open-source music sequencer for desktop and mobile platforms. It is an attempt to rethink the music sequencer, with a focus on a minimalistic, distraction-free UI and a preference for clear over clever.

Helio encourages experimentation in underexplored areas of music, such as exotic scales and microtonal temperaments.

The project's documentation walks new users through getting started and covers topics such as hotkeys, refactoring options, and arpeggiators, among others.
