Highlight

About

Highlight is a Mac app that uses AI to capture what matters and draft follow-ups in the tools where your work happens. It's designed to help you move through your workday without figuring out the perfect prompt, hunting for context, or repeating the same tasks.

Each day, Highlight provides a daily brief with your open commitments, priority items, and recent changes. Before meetings, it offers concise briefs with the latest updates, open questions, and important context. You can also ask questions and get direct answers grounded in your meetings, messages, and documents. Decisions are captured, owners are identified, and updates are drafted for your review.

With follow-ups, reminders, and next steps drafted for you, you can spend less time coordinating and more time focusing on thinking and building. Users say that decisions that once lived in their heads now sit where the whole team can see them.
