About
IINA is designed as a macOS app, with an interface that feels at home on the system. It supports familiar features such as trackpad gestures, media controls, Picture in Picture, and Live Text. It requires macOS 12.0 (macOS 11.0 for Intel).
IINA is customizable: you can adjust its controls, sidebars, and other interface items to suit how you use it. Plugins can extend it further by adding subtitle sources, video tools, new interfaces, and other features created by the community.
IINA is free and open source, built on mpv and maintained by its community. It does not include tracking or telemetry. You can help by reporting issues, suggesting features, contributing code on GitHub, translating it on Crowdin, or supporting the project with a donation.
