About
Inky is the editor for ink, the narrative scripting language designed for games. It lets you write, test and export your ink stories all in one app. The play pane automatically refreshes and reloads the choices you made as you write, so you can see how your story plays out as you go.
Inky also helps you catch and navigate mistakes and structure. Errors are highlighted as you type, and you can alt-click a divert (ink's version of a hyperlink) to jump to its target. When you're ready, you can export your story to JSON, ink's intermediate compiled format, or export it to the web, which generates a page you can customise.
Inky is available for Mac, as well as Windows and Linux. It is open source and freely available under the MIT license.
